Kennedy studied Licensed Accounting at Centre for Accounting in Lesotho, Advanced Diploma in Bookkeeping in South Africa. Kennedy was nominated as the Pension Fund Trustee in 2002 by Profine representing three countries (Lesotho, Botswana and Swaziland), where he achieved deep knowledge in stock markets and decision making at highest level in corporate world, JSE and BRITISH markets. He has more than 30 years of diverse operation and investment as founder & managing director of mining company Mabenyane Diamonds as well as a hotelier for Senator Motel & Petroleum. His vision led him to become the go-to advisor of start-ups in Lesotho and currently still an advisor for both the Deputy Prime Ministers of Lesotho (Mr Lesao Lehohla and Dr Monyane Moleleki) from 2007 to date, on economic policies and empowerment strategies. Kennedy has been integral as a senior advisor to business forums in Lesotho and participated in building 2005 Mines and Minerals ACT. His career verticals and transferable skills to include manufacturing entities have thus led him to the booming cannabis industry.
