Eduard specialises in the valuation of public and privately held companies for M&A and restructuring. He holds a BComm from University College Dublin and a Master Degree in Financial Analysis and Forecasts in Entrepreneurial Activity from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. Eduard has succeeded in lobbying the government to make necessary changes to the law that allowed anticompetition from the Republic of Ireland. This undoubtedly has European ramifications to corporate legislation. Eduard has served on a number of boards to include alternative Investment Fund CPTL Growth for a number of years. He was also a CEO of Oystrin Business Ltd a UK company which focussed on banking M&A's in Europe, Moldova and Russia. He divested his shares in multiple banking institutions in Moldova and Ukraine to focus on building a portfolio of banking financial institutional assets throughout Russia. In addition, he has advised clients including Alfa Eco of gold acquisitions, RVK-Voronezh on oil JV acquisition as well as divestitures and partnership transactions.
