Bokang is a practicing as an advocate in the highest court of Lesotho and as a consultant in neighbouring states. Obtained a LLB from the national university of Lesotho. He has practised in P.M Mokena Chambers with a focus of the federation of women lawyers as a mediator and family counselling represented Lesotho and the National University of Lesotho at the White and Case Jessup international Moot Court competitions held in Washington D.C in 2011. Was later attached at the Lesotho Mounted Police Services in the Commercial Crimes Unit Central Investigations Division (C.I.D) with specialist training by the South African Police Services investigators. This was in conjunction with the First National Bank (Wes Bank) to investigate banking fraud as well as forensic writing analysis. Was a lawyer with B.E Sekatle Inc. in 2012. B.E Sekatle is the top 10 reputable Law firm in Lesotho which had incorporated Legaman Chamber Inc. headed by Mr Lehlonolo Khoboko the head of Power net Developments. then moved to Partner with K.D Mabulu & CO as a strategic Partner where I still practice from presently. Later joined Mphohali Business Ventures (MBV) group in 2016 as chief Legal Advisor for the Group and General Manager for the Lesotho Branch, in early 2018 started working and consulting as an international trade legal personnel for companies amongst others Cannapa Lesotho and Graft Lesotho (pty) ltd in the cannabis industry.
